Update: 3/28/17: I went to buy these again, and saw the price increased $10 from $26 to now $36 since my order on Jan 31, 2017. Annoying! I tried Body Ecology Assist Full Spectrum enzyme, because I read an article about it and it had higher amounts of enzymes such as 22,00 DU of Amylase vs the 3,000 for these and 80,000 HUT of Protease vs 7,500 HUT. I feel and look like my stomach is bloated again. I am going to look around before I buy these enzymes again because the price has gone up so much.This brand had the most complete set of enzymes I found to break down carbs, proteins, fats, and fiber from plant based enzymes and herbs. I take one (or two if I am doing a big carb dinner) with each meal, preferably before I start, but I may remember after I am done. Most noticeable for me is my stomach, abdomen and thighs are less swollen and I look thinner. I guess I was bloating before from inflammation and fluid retention and didn't realize it. In the first week or two, I lost a few pounds because of it, so it has made it easier to climb stairs and just feels better since I am lighter. If you have digestive issues, GET THESE. I have dealt with digestive problems for 4 years without any relief. Was hospitalized once with a NG tube needed. I was suggested these by my GI doctor who said she had patients have good luck with these and omgosh I cannot express how much they have changed my life!! I could barely eat a piece of plain toast without severe bloat and pain.. now, I swallow one of these before every meal and will NEVER look back.

These enzymes have worked wonders with my digestive issues. I don't have my gall bladder. I am gluten/corn/nuts/caffeine/lactose intolerant. Thus, when I eat any of those things which is typically cheese product (I don't touch gluten!) or raw foods, these digestive enzymes help my body to break down the foods. Consequently, I don't bloat; I have much less constipation issues; and I think clearer. I highly recommend these!BUT what happened to the price?! I last paid $23+ in February for 180 caps. That increase is crazy!

I'm a big fan. I bought these and super digests away to help with severe GERD. They do help; enough so I got my mom to try them. She has had two lower GI surgeries, and has had trouble with needing a bathroom immediately after eating. When taking these digestive enzymes, her system is more regulated and she's not in an emergency bathroom situation all the time. These really work.

First time trying this enzyme. I've had Enzymedica, Now brand, garden of Life, but wanted to see if I can purchase something cheaper. Well. Bad choice. After I eat, for the past few days, my stomach does not feel well. Guess I better go back to a brand I'm familiar with. It sucks that I have to eat the cost because it's non returnable.

Great price for 180 capsules, will be using today for the first time. I will update later in a few days. Product arrived early. Hope this works for me because I’ve been trying n searching for the right digestives enzymes for weeks now since my old ones was discontinued twice.Update: item doesn’t work, I took two after each meal and my food still didn’t digest. This medicine gave me bad stomach pain. I can’t return it because it says no return for item. That sucks because now I’m out of $30!

I bought Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System at the recommendation of my naturopath. I have GERD/reflux and leaky gut and had been taking nexium or similar PPI's for probably 30 years. After 1-2 days of taking this supp. w/ each meal I was able to stop the nexium and no more acid reflux, stomach pain & cramping, gas or bloating! I have been taking it for a month now and am totally amazed to be symptom free and finally digesting my food properly and best of all no more nexium!! Totally recommend trying this! Very reasonably priced too for 180 caps that are soy, gluten and dairy free!

I have had a sensitive tummy since I was little, losing my gallbladder only magnified the problem. I had to be very selective about what I ate, and just about anything I ate made me feel extremely bloated and nauseous. I would typically eat once a day because of this.These digestive enzymes along with a once-daily probiotic has changed my life. I can eat pizza without getting sick! These are by far the most effective for the price that I have found. I very rarely need the anti nausea and heartburn medications and the Pepto I was having to constantly take before finding these.I recently forgot to pack them in my bag when my husband and I went on vacation, I was very disappointed to have to buy subpar digestive enzymes at the store. Makes me appreciate these even more since returning home.
