Made a loud noise and stop the light work but I need it for the steamer which doesn’t works

This machine is such a disappointment. I’ve had it for 6months and from the moment I got it, it’s been a pain. I use distilled water and it beeps EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!Literally I have to keep taking the water cup off and then tightening again till it decides to stop beeping extremely loud. Every time I turn it on when I have a client it’ll be on like 5 minutes then beep SUPER loud and I can’t turn it back on without it beeping nonstop. Super annoying and very upset with how bad this machine is.

Great facial steamer! We use this in my salon and it works great!

I do like this facial steamer, but it has a few weird quirks. You cannot fill it to the max fill line or it will over heat and not function. It loudly beeps when it overheats or if it does not like the type of water you use. It does not like distilled water and will screech if you try to use it in my experience. The steam is great and the steam temperature is great. The attached light works well and it was easy to set up. Overall it’s worth the price, but it is not going to function as well as more expensive steamers.

Very good vapor . The light is strong enough and the amplifier lenses is great. I use glasses and this help me on my everyday facials very much . Seller is very professional and gave me all the attention when I got the vapor and was not using correctly. They gave me all the attention and teach me how to use the vapor on a safe way. Product is good light weight and easy to assemble seller is nice too I have problem in order and seller give quick response and working on solving the problem.
