Let me start out by saying I was a bit skeptical about Red Light Therapy (RLT). I had heard a lot about RLT for a year or so and then Gary Brecka speak about it on Joe Rogan and I decided to give it a shot. I researched the best RLT device for the value and found BestQool 150 LED 240watt device on Amazon.I am not paid to write this review, just my honest opinion of a product that offers exceptional results.First, I grow plants indoors and have invested in high quality plant lights. The design and overall fit and finish of this light is superb and coincidentally, very similar to my high-end plant lights.Second, it was highly important to me to have a light that works in the 660nm & 850nm ranges as these were the most studied and validated therapeutic light ranges. My son is a chemist and has access to a light spectrometer. Our spectrometer read 660nm & 850nm for the RLT and infrared therapy settings respectively. So we were confident we purchased the perfect light. Peace of mind is everything!Then we set out to see if the light actually did what it claimed to do. Without getting too scientific, RLT is thought to excite the mitochondria into dropping Nitric Oxide and gaining an Oxygen molecule. When this occurs, the mitochondria (cellular power plant) becomes significantly more productive and produces 30 times more ATP. This equates to more energy! The body then uses this energy to repair things (muscles + bone), restore collagen to skin, and most importantly, reduce inflammation. To test this we purchased nitrogen test strips, essentially to test the nitrogen spilling off into urine and looked for changes before and after. **MAJOR CAVEAT** When we were well hydrated, about 1 hour after a 20 minute RLT session, the nitrogen test strip tested dark red to indicate high levels of nitrogen were present. When I preformed the test and was not well hydrated, the test strip showed red and only a moderate increase in nitrogen. Basically, we proved the light is doing exactly what it claims to do and was more effective when well hydrated.I have only had this light for 1 week and have not had enough time to report on results, but will keep the post active and report on actual results in the coming weeks and months. I can tell you anecdotally though, my energy is through the roof, I feel like my allergies have almost completely resolved (reduced inflammation??), my night leg pain is completely gone (this is a god send), and my quality of sleep has significantly improved.So far, I am amazed by the benefits of using this light for only 20 minutes a day. So far, the verdict is: THE BESTQOOL RLT UNIT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

We have just had it for a week. At the moment the hardware seems good quality only time will tell it’s a capability. In regards to the benefit of the device itself.1- Skin is visibly better looks more nourished and have better tone that only after 4 days of use.2- I developed headache while doing a therapeutic treatment on someone and it was a full blown headache. I went and used this device thinking nothing of it. By the time I was done with thw 20 minutes the hea he was completely GONE! Like literally GONE! that was a pleasant surprise.3- I believe that the device aided in providing more mental clarity in comparison to the past while also helps I keeping energy level better than past as well.4- It helps in reducing inflammation and to note that fact after use the next morning my sclera (white portion of the eye) is really white to an effect when someone uses clear eyes or visine.It is working for us. Hope it works for you! I think it is worth the investment.

I've had the BQ60 about a week now and while the results are pretty profound I think with time and consistent usage this will be a very beneficial piece to my health and wellness journey. So far the pros that I really like are the instant warmth of the lights on my skin it feel very nice regardless if I'm using it directly on my skin or if it's 12-18 inches away it still feels good. Even with direct contact it's not too hot where it's uncomfortable either. This unit is powerful while also very portable. There's benefits to larger units covering more surface area but I like that I can utilize this one anywhere in the house and can target any specific area that's bothering me. My favorite benefits so far is it really does feel like it's been monumental in helping improve my sleep as well as recovery on post work out days. The best part about that is they go hand in hand. I use it to help with muscle recovery and it does that fabulously helping me not be nearly as sore the following day(s) all while simultaneously improving my sleep for that night at the same time. The recovery piece excites me the most because then I can train more volume throughout the week amplifying results and progress so this will definitely be my secret weapon.The only con I have about it and it's very nit picky and something that'll I'll improve on with more time is how sensitive the buttons are. They actually work too well and so sometimes when I move it or shift the light to another part of my body I turn it off also but like I say this is something that is caused by the buttons being actually too nice and responsive for what I'm used to. I'm looking forward to writing an update about this product in another month or so in order to share tangible results of what I'm noticing and any changes taking place on my body as a result of using RLT. It is worth noting also that I was so impressed with this unit that I also bought the Pro 100 light as well so i could double dip on multiple areas at the same time to realize even more benefit from the products.

The benifits of red light theropy is amazing. The list of what it dosent do would be shorter. After researching what company to choose, bestqool won out. Quality build, 3rd party testing, resonable pricing. I have only used it for a couple of weeks and recently incorporated methanol blue into the regimen. I already notice my sleep is better. I wake up more refreshed and my dreaming has increased dramatically or I am remembering them better. I am using it extra for a wound on my ankle(diabetic) which appears to be healing faster than it had been. I seem to be in a more upbeat mindset as well. I look forward using it daily. Time will tell if what I'm feeling is placebo or real improvents. The bq60 model is a powerful, portable and affordable model. I truly believe that RLT is the future of good health and I look forward to the new products that bestqool comes up with.
