Whiteside Router Bits 3020 Template Bit with Ball Bearing

This bit its amazing the only problem I noticed its the bearing coming out of place and moving up and down after the first use, almost ruined the proyect. But all in all, its really good.

This 1/2-in shaft templating bit cuts nicely, cleanly, and with no burning. I wouldn't characterize it as great plunge bit, but it is huge so you go slow with the plunge and all is well. I cut highly figured mahoghany with no issues. Typical Whiteside quality I've come to expect. I go for Whiteside now, even when they're not necessarily the cheapest option.

Inlaying T track in work table

Using this to cut 1:12 scarf joints in plywood and hardwoods. Exceptional smooth cut with the bottom of the bit. Really does the job as well as could be hoped for, leaves an almost ready to glue surface.

This was the perfect router bit for the task. Best quality at a good price.
