Seems to be good quality but too soon to tell if it will help with issues that I hope it will. It does lower my blood pressure which mine has always been low so I don't need that side effect.

I’ve tried some brands that do nothing but this did clear out inflammation, I didn’t see as much of the skin glow I’ve noticed with some other brands but that might just be because it’s winter
