It appeared to be new.Only drawback was that it was not in a game case, it was in a smaller CD case.

Looks great, but…
Game came in a quality case and the disc looks great. Only problem is that when I start the game on my PS3, it then decides to reformat my television where I see the same screen twice (top and bottom).
