I have only used this in my coffee so far, so I don’t know how it tastes in other beverages, but I have never tasted any difference even putting a full scoop into my coffee. It does help with motility for me, which is why I got it. It dissolves easily, and honestly there is nothing I have to complain about.

I wanted to love this prebiotic powder especially since I heard sun fiber is good for people with IBS. But it was so gritty and not pleasant tasting at all.

Dissolves completely. Tasteless, even in delicately flavored tea. Can be used hot or cold. Keeps me regular without all the gas of other fiber supplements. Excellent value for the money! What more could you ask for?
