Life saver
This has changed my life. I use one in the morning and it truly helps my reaction to stress. It does lower the blood pressure but not to a bad low so no worry there.

It Actually Works
My acupuncturist recommended these, because I tend to overthink. I initially believed it was just some snake oil, but decided to try anyway. Holy smokes. They don't make me tired, but they do stop my mind from racing in a million different directions. I have no idea what is in them, but if anxiety and overthinking are issues, I definitely recommend these. With over 3,000 of history, I am starting to see the value in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
