Great tablets have only had them for 2 weeks snd my joints feel slightly less painful

Excellent product large capsules but they seem to take effect after about 2 weeks. I have bee taking 2 a day dose for 9 months and am walking much straighter and further without the penetrating pain from previous.

Let's start with the star rating I gave it 4 stars because, quite honestly, I don't know what 5 stars would look like. Let me explain that. So I'm a male of a certain age, that age being 57. I have the usual aches and pains that come along with being that age. But on top of that, I have a very physically demanding job. So I was looking for something that would, well, basically take some of those aches and pains away, if that's at all possible. Something that didn't include paracetamol or ibuprofen. Like most people, I did my checking on Amazon and checked out the reviews of other people. But again, with anything like this, it's personal, and it either works or it doesn't work for the individual. I've probably been taking these now for what a couple of years maybe. I can honestly say that I do think they work for the purpose that I bought them for anyway. In addition to the daily aches and pains that I used to get I also had Aches and pains in my legs at night, more specifically part way through the night. I could wake up in quite a lot of discomfort, shall we say, with my legs. I think some people call it restless leg syndrome, but I've not really looked into the specifics of it. I'm not going to tag it with that name, but all I know is it was very uncomfortable and it was causing problems with my sleep and continued sleep. So is it the placebo effect? Well, I don't think so. I have on more than one occasion had my subscription or my flow of tablets run out. This wasn't deliberate; it was like an oversight. In fact, I don't even think I was on subscribe. So, basically, it was down to me to order them or not order them, and I let my supply run out. I genuinely didn't even think about it. I thought, "I'll get round to getting some more. It's not a problem." But in the meantime, I noticed a lot of my aches and pains, and more particularly the aches and pains in my legs at night, come back. And I didn't even associate it with the tablets. Or should I say the lack of tablets? Then the penny dropped, and I thought I need to order some more of these and see if these aches and pains go away again. And sure enough, once I'd reordered them, started taking them after a week or so, I was back to where I was with the much better sleep and the less issues with my legs and joined the day with my aches and pains. It also has the added benefit of having vitamin C and turmeric. Now, whether all of these are part and parcel of the effect, the help that I'm getting with the aches and pains, I don't know whether they're just additional benefits elsewhere in your body. I really don't know. Full disclosure, I also do take a multivitamin tablet. I also take extra turmeric tablets. To be clear, I didn't start taking these until after I'd started taking the glucosamine. I just find that this combination helps me with the aches and pains, and I believe it also helps prevent or ward off colds and the like. So, why didn't I give it 5 stars going back to the beginning of this? Well, quite simply, if it gave me absolutely no aches and pains after taking them, and I was fighting fit all the time, then yeah, sure, it gets 5 stars. Do I think they work for me? Yes, I do. Do I think they are a magic cure-all pill? No, obviously not. Would I recommend, well, yes, I'd recommend you give them a try and then try them out for yourself.

Product is quite easy to swallow, but still fairly large, it was well sealed and fresh. I think continuous use for minimum of 3 months is necessary before any improvement is felt, so am unable to say if it is effective yet. But on the whole it appears to ve very well made. Happy with the price 😊

So far so good seems to work a little better than other brands I've tried... less pain in knee joints and feet....

Used it for a couple of weeks and didn’t feel a great improvement. In fact at times was worse. I re-read all the reviews and someone (sorry forgot who you were but thank you for your suggestion) said take it with omega 3. OK I’ll try that then. Instant success. I walk just over a mile to and from work 3 times a week. My hips knees ankles all used to hurt and often I’d get part way in and one of them would go or all three at points. Never knew which one it would be but it made the rest of the walk diabolical agony. Limping like an idiot and having to stop every few paces. Since adding omega 3 (1 x 1000mg) to 2 of these hardly a glitch. My knees still make that grinding noise going upstairs or down. Very occasionally I lose an ankle or a knee on the way downstairs but it’s a short sharp pain once and goes away again rather than being crippled for the rest of the day. I am now on third bottle of these (I share with other half so lasts half as long). Really I suppose we’ve been talking for 2+ months. I do not think I would risk stopping them now. Most noticeable impact was first day of adding omega. I walked home honestly bouncing along at a super pace. My legs felt sturdy and supple. Not stiff and weak. Actually felt 20 years younger. I am not saying it’s a miracle cure or even a cure but it has made a difference to me. Other half still complains about his knees but I see he’s more active and has stopped screaming every time he moves. Even did a little dance the other day so despite his insistence it’s all in the mind I think it’s worth the money. I’ve been tempted to cut down to one instead of two but they say the dose is two. That’s what I’ve done and will continue to do. Three purchases in. The delivery is fast and no issues with any of it. Just wish it was a little cheaper but price point is OK
