I have used essential oils since the 90's. I have used over 10 different brand names including the multi-level-marketing brands. Let me tell you what I like about Plant Therapy oils. They are very good quality. They test every oil using third party labs, AND they post the test results online for all to see. The prices are fair. They put labels on the caps for you. They back up their products with a 100% money back guarantee. They sell a large selection of certified organic oils. To be quite honest, I feel very happy with Plant Therapy oils. I feel that I can safely recommend this brand name to anyone looking for safe, quality oils. As far as the Frankincense goes, it is a very good smelling oil that I use to keep my skin clear, my kids healthy and my mood relaxed. I have used Frankincense carteri and serrata in several brand names. This is a good one.

Organic EO's are always my preference, only second to wild grown oils, but I think buying organic/wild citrus oils is especially important. Most citrus essential oils, unless otherwise noted, are cold pressed. That means the peel of the fruit doesn't meet steam, or likely anything that would sanitize it and wash away pesticides. Those chemicals could go right in with the oil. And would you trust that non-organic citrus peels are cleansed of their pesticides before they're cold pressed into oil? Dubious. As to the scent of this organic lemon essential oil: it's bright and juicy and you can smell the quality. Amazing to add to natural cleaning products, it has a strong scent with only a few drops and makes everything smell sweet, clean and happy. I've tried diffusing it alone in a nebulizer, but it's a little too strong for that; it's more beautiful to add a few drops of it to another oil as a complement. Goes well with herbaceous oils, florals, and even resins. I wish Plant Therapy bottles stated where the oil comes from. On the Plant Therapy website it says this can come from Argentina, USA, or Italy. I'd prefer to know exactly where the batch I'm using has come from.

Received oil quickly and well packaged. I use 2 drops with my moisturizer/sunscreen in the daytime. My oily breakout prone skin has not had any bad reaction to the oil after a week of consistent use. The oil has a pleasant lemony smell. I chose Plant Therapy oils because they seemed to offer a good quality oil at a reasonable price. If I could afford the best, I would get it. But I can't, so I think that Plant Therapy offers a good middle of the road choice for the 99% who are not buzzillionaires. And middle of the road does not mean bad quality. I think it means less focus on the packaging/marketing and more focus on the product/customer. I gave a 4 star rating because very few things on this earth rate 5 star for me. And regarding paid reviews. As far as I'm concerned, a paid review is NOT a valid review. As of right now, I would probably buy oils from Plant Therapy again.

I like the smell of this. It doesn’t just smell like cinnamon but it has that discreet woody scent. I shared it with my friend and my friend really liked it so I gave it away.
