Why has the spicy mayo been so hard to get (Winter 2021–22)?

Since Trader Joe's got rid of their Wasabi Mayo, I guess everyone including me is looking for an acceptable replacement. Still looking.

The product arrived and materials had congealed. Did shake it, but after resting it went right back to congealed separated components. How to fix?
