International Designs Wooden Document Frame, 8.5x11, Black

Frames arrived in one piece, and looked good in the box. Upon closer inspection (I purchase approx. 10 of these), some of the frames were not quite the right size, but just by millimeters--but all it takes is a few millimeters for a piece of paper to not fit right and create a crease. I ended up having to shave a few of the sheets down to fit comfortably, but beyond that, the frames were functional and worth about what I paid for them--but not a penny more.

The frame itself feels cheaper than what is shown here. I was expecting a nice wooden frame that feels smooth and even all throughout. The frame I got was really bumpy and unrefined around the edges. I would probably pick a regular plastic frame over this, or pay more for an elegant wood frame. I guess you get what you pay for. All things considered, it's not bad, but it's also not the best. It still holds my document perfectly fine. I guess this will do.

This frame was just fine for the price. It's very economical for putting certificates inside. Don't purchase it for a degree however. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because it came with three minor scratches on the top part of the frame. However you can't see them unless you hold the frame up to your face.

Needed a simple black frame to display a certificate. This one arrived exactly as described. It's not the nicest frame out there, but it's great if you are just looking for a plain inexpensive black frame.

I used this not for a diploma but for a picture. It's pretty clearly for documents .... and I was a little frustrated with how thin the black frame portion is. It looks much thinner in person than in the image.

A very nice frame. Good finish, clear glass, and easy to mount. Cheaper than most in-store prices. Good enough to hang something like a certification or diploma. Thick border gives any document a nice accent. Would buy again and I probably have bought 2.
