This boning knife? I have no bone to pick with it!
This is an awesome boning knife. I saw that this beautiful Tuo series is being retired, so I picked up several before they disappear. This has become one of our favorites. It's weighted well, easy to handle safely, and it does a great job of cutting apart a cooked chicken, trimming gristle and fat off raw meats, etc. It holds its edge well, but it sharpens well, too. We are very happy with it.

Great knife
I’ve been using this for over a year now and it still works just as good.

Great knife, comes dull
Good knife, comes dull however. Figure once I put an edge on it like my other knives in this steel, it'll be wicked sharp. The loss of one star is for the dullness since I know just how sharp these should get. For reference, my opinion on what is sharp usually tends towards something I've noticed most people find to be outrageous and that what they call sharp I call dull. A sharp knife should darn near try to cut to the bone on your index finger with a slow and barely touching draw against the edge. The knife came dull enough that I can do this and not even split the skin. That said, at this price, if it's only going to cost me some time sharpening, it's a great value for the money. Besides the dullness, I'm pretty content with the product and find nothing else to be an issue. Feels well designed and is a great addition to my collection of knives that I put to serious work.

Beautiful knife
These knives are fantastic, I don't understand all the negative reviews. Sharpest knife I have ever seen. Usually when you have a bunch of 5 star reviews sprinkled with 1 stars it means the competition is shilling reviews. There is no issue with the rivets. I would criticize the sharpness of the finger guard but that can be fixed for 10 bucks. Maybe the quality is inconsistent I don't know as I have only bought one, but if I bought 4 of these and 3 were defective I would still be getting a great bargain. The presentation case is beautiful and these would make great gifts, they look like a 200 dollar knife easy.

Perfect for my purpose.
Great boning knife. Very sharp. Not overly flexible, which is what I was looking for. I am using this to trim steaks and ribs prior to smoking/grilling. It is perfect for my purpose at a really affordable price. The handle feels great in my hand. I have only used it a few times, but it seems to be well constructed and well weighted. It may not be a professional chefs ideal, but as an above average home cook it's definitely a great investment. Having the correct tools for the job will elevate your meal prep. I was previously using a chefs knife or utility for the tasks I wanted this knife for, took a dreaded job and made it enjoyable!

Great knife - good price
Did not expect this quality of knife, as it is made in china. Nice thickness to steel and good balance. Came with a very sharp edge and very well packaged. Time will tell if it's truly German steel and how it holds up. But very impressed so far. Cut through tomatoes very cleanly. Will definitely be one of my go to knives.
