I have a little rescued toy poodle who at 1yrs old had terrible brown teeth, I used Tropiclean for 30 consecutive nights and,yes,there is a noticeable difference. His teeth will never be glowing white as my schnauzer's are (you need sunglasses when she smiles!!) but, a massive difference in actual reduction. Yes!

Q: Is this product safe to use with a dog with hypothyroidism. Another product called Plaque off contains iodine which I believe is not suitable.

Hi the full list of ingredients are :- purified water, citric acid, cetylpyridinium. chloride, chlorophyilin, glycerin, potassium sorbate & green tea leaf extract. So I would say that the range is safe for dogs with hypothyroidism. Hope this helps

Q: How much do you use? How big is the bottle?

I just put a squirt in once a week now my dogs teeth look better, before that I used a squirt a day, it tells you exact amount to use on bottle though, I use it in conjunction with plaque off powder and both of my dogs teeth are now much whiter

Q: Will this still work in a cat water fountain that filters the water.

It will foam up and the cats may not drink from the fountain also if it filters really well it could take out some of the active ingredients
