Melted and “English” version

Every box seemed to have been melted and then cooled so when you open the bag it’s just a huge ball of chocolate and biscuit. Also, was hoping for the Japanese packaging, it was not.

Product tasted fine but came all beat up and melted. Would have helped if it was shipped in a cardboard box instead of a bag...
