After an epic fail at making my own sauerkraut, I went to Azon and found this product which is pretty much the same as what I had imagined my own would be. At first I thought it was a bit expensive and the jar is small, but the kraut is really packed in there and it lasted a long time. I just put a spoon or two on top of my meal; it adds some beautiful color, delicious taste, and healthy microbes to my meals. Tip: temperatures above 115F or so will kill the good stuff, so let your food cool a bit before adding. Thanks to this company for creating an excellent product.

I bought the purple sauerkraut and kimchi. My husband and I both have been enjoying and will order again. I love that I am getting a high quality product into my body. It has a great taste, beautiful color and I love the care and attention that went into this product. Highly recommend!!!

I love this stuff. Maybe it is the caraway seeds or maybe it is the fact that it is totally organic that makes it taste better than any other sauerkraut I have tasted. I feel especially healthy when I eat the red cabbage type because it is a good idea to eat the rainbow and this is an easy way to get in that color.The seller is very conscientious and wraps the jar well so I have never had one broken. She makes a good kimchi as well.

I just don't care for the flavor of this one.
