How I’ve lived 51 year and didn’t know about the magic of these things I’ll never now. I have super problematic feet and am unable to wear most shoes without a bunch of pain. I buy, bleed and return over and over. All my current shoes have collapsible backs. Then along came some doc martens I just had to have. I assumed it would be a massive fail, but I wanted to try. The shoes arrived and I tried my usual tricks to no avail. I prefer some heel pads and that helped enough to keep searching. Saw these come up but they seemed kinda odd and I couldn’t imagine they would help-but I really love my shoes. Finally tried them today and holy crap! I can hardly feel the shoes touch my heels, I walked all over in my docs and nary a sore moment. Didn’t think about my feet for a second and there is zero pressure or pain. Legit magic. I’m a total convert and wish I had found these years ago and been able to keep all the other shoes I returned or gave away!

These are definitely a necessity! Bought them to help with the process of breaking in a brand new pair of Dr.Martens and they were amazing! No sores or anything

I bought these to wear while I break in new boots. I have small ankles and prone to getting blisters. The back my ankles/heels are heavily scared from constant blisters. These worked great so far and I’ve had no blisters. I’ve worn these once on their own with socks with a pair of boots I wasn’t sure about blistering. They worked great and I came out unscathed. I wore them a second time with boots I’ve blistered in before but have been reluctant to wear/break in because of blistering. I took extra precautions when putting these boots on by teaming this with some mole skin and self adhesive gauze to hold it in place (I knew id be walking around a lot) and some nice socks. Everything worked well until I took these off. The self adhesive gauze stuck to the silicone leaving it with a sticky residue. This then prompted a cleaning session as I didn’t want them to get ruined. I want to preface by saying if you wear them alone with socks I’m sure the cleaning won’t be as painstaking as mine was. At first I tried good old fashion soap and water to clean them, but it didn’t get the sticky residue off. So next I had the idea of using some old face washes (one oil and one foaming) to see if that would do the trick. I was worried the oil cleanser would eat away at the silicone so I made sure to use an excess of the foaming cleanser and some regular soap and water to ensure it was completely off. While this trick did work, it took about 3-4 scrubs to get everything off. I air dried them for a day and returned to find the silicone still sticking to itself (not as badly as before) and used some baby powder to coat both inside and outside of each one and they were as good as new. If you were to wash with soap and water, I’d definitely have baby powder or some type of body powder on standby to coat them with, since they’re sure to stick together without it no matter what.

These have changed how I feel after wearing my Dr. Marten's! It's like walking on jelly - seriously. I don't even take them off immediately because they are perfectly in sync with my skin. I didn't wear them with compression socks but I can see why it's recommended. The insert shifted some under a normal sock when I was putting on my boots but I was able to rearrange and get it right. I plan to purchase some compressions socks now to avoid this in future uses.

If you've ever had your ankles destroyed by a new pair of Doc Martens, you need these. I used to love how they looked but dreaded wearing them out. One time I had to walk home barefoot with bleeding heels. It was rough. These gel socks changed everything. I wear a size 6 or 7 in Docs and these fit perfectly. Super stretchy and comfortable. I put them on with a fresh pair and for the first time ever, no blisters, no pain, no limping. Just soft cushiony protection where you need it most. You get two pairs which is great because I keep one in my bag just in case. Honestly for a few bucks this saves you a ton of pain and makes breaking in new boots actually bearable. Pro tip: Wear them for the first few times you go out in new shoes and thank yourself later.

Perfect! This is what you need when you're like me and ALL shoes blister the back of your ankles. These also help tremendously with my foot and heel pain from standing and walking all day. They stay in place, are easy to put on with foot powder, are stretchy and hold up to me walking miles daily on my delivery route. Highly recommend these.

these are ok, on my feet, and this is only on my feet, my feet have a little problem with silicone, but they are comfortable, they don't move around and I would recommend them

I've brought a few items for plantar fasciitis, and nothing really worked. I got these heel protectors because the pain got really bad. I'm glad I did, two weeks in and I'm not getting as much pain walking as I did before, the pain is slowly going. I'm on my feet at work all day, and after two weeks of wearing the protectors I'm finding my feet are not aching as much. I think the more I wear them the better the relief will be. Now I got to thinking that the ball of my foot was also a pressure point and I used them the wrong way round over my toes and putting the strap behind my heel, they broke, that's my fault because they were not designed for that however and because I didn't want to throw them away I placed it under the ball of my foot flat as they came which becomes two layers together, what a difference that made too. If the company could do something for the ball of the foot I would buy them too. This product has worked for me and I am so grateful I got two more packs. Another little tip if your feet sweat a lot, put on a pair of socks first then the heel protectors, I also insert the ones I broke over the ball of my foot and put on another pair of socks, this prevents the heel protectors from moving slightly. Also I recommend hand washing the heel protectors after each use in warm water and allow them to dry. I am now looking to get a few extra packs to make sure I've always got a pair. If the company could also look into doubling the thickness of the heel protectors, I think it would really go a long way. The only down side is making sure you've got enough space in your shoe, wear them when you go to buy footwear. Many thanks for a great product

Absolutely pathetic product, misleading pictures and description to fool customers. This is NOT for plantar fasciitis, just for cracked heels. Stop fooling customers. Moreover just snapped on wearing. There is no return or replacement. Not worth 10 rs.

I have developed Plantar Fasciitis & also have Peripheral Neuropathy. For the first time in months, I've been able to walk withough the most awful pain that nothing I tried alleviated. These Heel Cushions have provided amazing relief, discomfort is extremely minimal. Thank you for a wonderful product. I would recommend to anyone with similar issues.
