missing item from order
whilst I had a problem with a item missing when I received this product I contacted the supplier who acted very promptly to solve this problem and I feel having left only a two star rating initially I would now up rate that to a four star rating and would have no problem dealing with supplier again in the future

Good quality heater
Product delivered in timely fashion. The heater is compact and has 3 different heat settings which are easily controllable with the remote control. The products heating quality is very good and has provide adequate heating to cover quite a considerable area. This item has been fitted above our garden fence, by attaching a more substantial board so that the bracket can be fitted to it. Once fitted it is easy to position the heater to give more direct heat when required.

Very solid and excellent customer support
Can't speak highly enough of the team who respond and do exactly as they say they will (organising spares etc). Product is great, easily mounted, adjustable and throws off a lot of heat!!

Stopped working after a few weeks.
Started out OK although from the outset the remote control had to be pressed numerous times to activate the heater.Once on the heater is on its is fine and works well providing a good amount of heat in my garage over my work area.Sadly, today (14th of January 2021) it stopped working. As there is no manual way of switching the heater on its either the remote that has broken or the receiver in the heater itself

Does the trick
This heater is effective and the heater variable with three settings. Why it needs to be operated by a remote control is beyond me: just one more thing to get misplaced.

Nice item but remote comes without batteries
No batteries with remote control which is a pain and should not happen. Rest is all good.

Perfect buy!!!
Perfect. Exactly what I needed to heat my open conservatory. Works perfect. Arrived quickly and actually came on the perfect day to warm me up on the coldest day so far!! Played games next to this and was comfortable for hours! :))
