I'm impressed by the pasta, but this seller took extra care. I ordered 5 pasta products from Italy. Different sellers fulfilled. Alma Gourmet was the only one to bubble wrap the pasta, and place it in a bubble mailing envelope resulting in ZERO product breakage of the pasta noodles! Pasta from Gragnano is special, but Alma Gourmet insured that it arrived as hoped. Well done, Alma!

Thick pasta with a hole inside where the sauce can infiltrate. Tasty with satisfying mouth feel.

Cooked and tasted great but expensive compared to most pasta

Soooo good It is much thicker than the bucatini normally available at the grocery store. Yeah, quite a bit more expensive, but it can really make your recipe better.

We love this pasta -- getting it to al dente takes a bit more at altitude, but the feel and flavor are great.

A recipe I was serving on a special occasion called for this pasta and I could not find even archival groceries. The pasta is expensive but worked great in the recipe.

This is really great pasta - excellent taste, feel, and cooks nicely. Really a pleasure to find this and use in an Amatricana.

Yummy. Great for carbonara. It takes a long time to cook perfectly though.
