I have only been taking this for 3 days so far but even on day one I could tell there was a difference. I have never taken saffron before and I have had good experiences with Rosell-52 and the other one (can't remember name) but I do feel like the added saffron really helped to keep me relaxed. And before anyone says 'placebo' I'll tell you right now that I was anxious just taking it because I had to work that day and I did not want any bad effects while teaching kids. But I can happily report that it's my 3rd day of work taking it and it has been amazing. It's no miracle worker as I can't give all the credit to this product when I also take other mental health meds, but I did notice a difference in my ability to remain calm and feeling more at ease as I navigate my classroom. It won't hurt you so if you've read this far just give it a try because you never know if this is the supplement that'll change your life for the better. :)

I've waited a few weeks to write a review! I'm almost done with my first bottle and will be ordering a new one soon as I feel this supplement truly helps with my mood! I am unmedicated for adhd, and believe this has been helping with that as well as my adhd symptoms. From research I believe it may take a little longer to reach its full effect, but I already feel better with zero negative side effects so I am going to continue to take these!

Impressed that this works so well. Effect is basically the same as popular SSRIs like prozac. Amazing.

I got these for my grumpy husband. LOL! I'm not sure if they work or not, but it's a good probiotic either way.

I don't suffer from depression but tried these after seeing studies on cortisol reduction with saffron. Unfortunately these gave me an unstable mood so I quit them after 2 weeks. You never know til you try.

This really works. It WILL be re-ordered over and over. Reputable brand is the first green flag! The calmness that it induces is phenomenal and the second green flag. Buy it or don’t, I don’t care…..it works for me.
