What is the expiration date/time on these? How long are the good for packaged, and how are they stored?

Mine came individually wrapped/packaged. They are good for several months. Mine have a “best before” of 1/20/21 and I purchased them like 3 months ago

How many mcg. of iodine does one serving contain (please no guesses) Thanks?
