Solid option. I see no real difference between this and the known brand names. Performs the same. Just as well built. The company also sells a standalone battery kit should you need a replacement. Very trustworthy brand.

Very nice tool and comes with 6 screwdriver bits, battery and charger all for (currently) just over £43. Great value for money! This Impact Driver is comparable to most other cordless drivers out there, tool-less bit change, LED light, variable speed trigger and everything you normally get but for a lot less money. As part of the GALAX PRO range, it also uses the same battery as all the other GALAX PRO tools, so the more tools you have, the more batteries for the tools you use the most! Most of the other GALAX PRO tools use a 2Ah battery, but this, the cordless drill and the Sander use a 1.3Ah battery, they should be interchangeable though as long as the voltage is the same (I think they're all 20V). I bought this Impact Driver and the GALAX PRO Cordless Drill separately as you get a battery/charger with each that way and you only get one battery/charger if you buy the 2-tool combo that's only £6 cheaper over the two separate tools, so basically if you buy both individually, you get a 2nd battery and charger for £6! Very happy with the driver and would happily recommend.

Honestly I've had this for ages. Great bit of kit. Its lasted me over 2 years and still going strong. Coolant and oil split on it still works. Been using for over 2 years. The reason for a 4 star review is the charger cable has broken a few times so had to repair. Otherwise quality kit. The only reason I am putting a review now is an apprentice asked about it and I've just sent him the link.

Very happy with this impact drill, I originally purchased a normal cordless drill 4 years years ago for jobs around the home and the garden where I wouldn't want to use my more expensive kit. I thought it might last a few jobs but its still going strong and now is my go-to brand for cheap but good quality power tools. I have use this to take apart furniture and drive wood screws into fence panels which it did with little effort. The battery was compatible with my older Galax tools so it good to see them sticking to format. The trigger operates a variable speed function so you can start slow to get things aligned before giving it the beans as you would expect. Well worth the money.

Amazing drill - additional spare screw parts is handy too! Had it a while now and only charged it once but it's still going. Drives screws in with ease. Did try some other fittings on it from other drills and it worked too. Definitely recommend.

Did not think it would be has good as it is for price and not a well known manufacturer we not to me but up too now it’s been great used to build garden gate using 125mm hex screws and no problem I’ve also used on other projects and seems to perform great 👍🏻

Just bought this little impact driver today.. came fully charged, using it to build my shed base. I looked at a few different models and chose this one. I chose well the unit although small is really powerful, driving 100mm screws into wet timber no problem.. a good bit of kit for the money, only downside is there is no case and the nibs are all the same.. apart from that really happy with it

This product for the price is great value I have owned one for the last three years and I use it frequently the battery last better than more expensive tools that I have why I have given it 5 stars, and have just purchased another one for my Son
