Great for baked chicken

I work some of this under the skin of chicken thighs an hour or two before baking. Works wonders on the flavor of factory farmed birds. I knocked it down one star for pricing and availability. I ised to buy from the New Mexico manufacturer. But they stopped making it. So this retailer is adding what I believe is a hefty mark up on limited supply.
