I purchased similar hooks in past years at my local retailer. I decided to grab these at amazon this year. The main reason for choosing these was how they look, and I was very disappointed when I received them. They are very dull, they look like the very cheap hooks but with a fancy curl on the bottom. Nothing like my beautiful chrome swirly ones from the local big store. I still used them, and they are thick and hold up well. However, I will be purchasing different ones for next year and in the trash these will go.Recommendation: If you want hooks that are functional, buy these. If you want hooks that look nice, choose a different hook.

I do not only use these for Christmas. The are wonderful for hanging decorations year round. They are handy for hanging crystals. They can hold notes to a bulletin board by hanging on a pushpin. There are other uses as well. Great buy.I wish they came in combo pkgs of silver and gold.They arrived a day early in perfect condition. I'm very pleased!

Description says there will be 40 of each color, and that they are "like new" but the packaging will be damaged. There were only 20 green, and 60 red, plus 40 gold. However, one package of the gold has at least 1/2 of them rusty so will be unusable. They are not as sturdy as I imagined they would be, but I will be using them mostly as the top part of little styrofoam elves. For that I think they will work fine. Not sure that they would hold very heavy ornaments on our tree as the kind of tree we get does not have very sturdy limbs.

The order I received were a dull gray wire, they didn't have a chrome finish. Maybe stainless steel, who knows. Would not have matched silver ornaments. Returned.

These decorative craft hooks are perfect for not only Christmas ornaments but many other craft projects. I was thinking probably a flimsy hook when I purchased to be used for just ornaments but was pleasantly surprised. Hard to bend and for their size are very sturdy. Very impressed.

These Christmas decoration hooks work great. Hooks stay on branches and bulbs don't fall off.

It’s hard to find a good product for your money these days, but these are one of those values. Don’t figure I’ll have to replace these any time soon.

These hooks really helped make my custom ornaments stand out, got a lot of compliments on them.
