EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
One of my glasses arrived with a small chip in the rim of the glass. I have had several shipping issues this holiday season and every retailer has been horrible in response time and resolution. Humor Us Goods responded immediately to my email, asked only for a quick picture, and then shipped me a new glass that I received in a couple of days. The lady I communicated with (I believe ths is a family business) was genuinely apologetic - not reading from a script! I couldn't have asked for better service and the glasses themselves are so cute and will look great on my gift recipents beverage cart! Highly recommend!
