SIMCARD underperforms
Just buy your current cellular operator's overseas roaming plans or buy local sim in Thailand.You'll be happier and more secure. I would discourage you to buy Matrix SIM

What will be the calling rate for local calls and calls to indian. Since I have only 20 tbh talk time. Per minute how much will I be charged. ? SO that I can use accordingly.
