The product I wanted at 20x the volume I could ever use.
Tastes like pure vinegar, turns weak chips into better chips. This was an impulse buy, I'm not disappointed but I did not need it.

Strong Vinegar Taste!
This is exactly what I was looking for to make everything salt and vinegar! It does not disappoint. I used to just soak things in white vinegar and then roast them with salt. Now I finish it with this and it's perfect. Many are having fits that this isn't just white vinegar. If it was just white vinegar, it would be liquid. You have to have a powder to absorb it to make it a powder. This is probably as close as you can get without using liquid white vinegar.

Very talcum powder-like
The powder is so light weight that it reminds me of talcum powder. Not quite sure how to toss it with foods so that it actually attaches to the food. It mixes very well into sour cream and with some salt and black pepper gave it a nice salt and vinegar flavor that everyone dipped their tater tots in and loved.

Powdered vinegar. Who knew?
I have always love salt and vinegar potato chips so when I caught a popcorn with vinegar and salt video on You tube, I had to try it. Turns out it is really good! If you like the chips you'll love the popcorn.

MAKE HOMEADE CHIPS!
GEt yourself a deep fryer and then add this and salt to make your own salt and vinegar chips. You can make what you get in a family size bag with just TWO potatoes! I save so much money with this set up.

Carb counters beware!
I give only one star for the product because of the shifty selling without providing the nutritional info. I added one star because I haven't used it enough to know if its any good (I wont be eating a lot of it due to the carbs though) and added another star, but thats for Amazon customer service who provided me a refund. Amazon made it right, and I am a happy customer...5 stars for them if I could.I made the mistake of not reading reviews and not demanding nutritional information. The seller doesn't provide the nutritional labeling here for you to know, only the picture of the front that tells you the primary ingredients are maltodextrin (sugar, essentially, to a dieter) and food starch. Many of the listings for these products "conveniently" omit the nutritional info in the listing and I found one that used a portion so small (1/4 tsp, no way thats all you would use) so they could print zero everything on the label making it look as if its a free food dietarily. This stuff is 96 grams carbs per 100 grams of weight (almost 1/4 of the entire container). I weighed a tablespoon of it at around 7.5 grams, so thats about 7 grams of carbs per tablespoon. That's a lot of carbs to a Keto dieter. As far as the product, like I wrote, I haven't used much and may never use it (I may just give it away), but a tiny taste has a very mild vinegar flavor and the texture of putting cornstarch on your tongue. Seems like one would have to use a lot of the stuff for any solid flavoring of food.

Disappointed: Maltodextrin and Modified Food Starch 2 main ingredients
Wish I had looked more closely at reviews and label before buying...disappointed when I saw ingredients. Wanted a pure vinegar powder and got maltodextrin and modified food starch--which, who knows, could even contain MSG and or other hidden processed food additives... I was in a hurry and just added to cart because it was Prime eligible, reasonably priced and got to me the next day. Definitely looking for an alternative. Can't return because I opened the container. It does have a vinegar taste, so if you don't care about the other ingredients, then this may be the product for you. I found it to be a bit tacky to the touch and clumpy/gummy in the mouth when tasting it. Guessing the additives have a thickening effect when mixed into liquids. Definitely not what I wanted!
