Fritz Aquatics Aquarium Glass & Acrylic Cleaner Spray for a Crystal Clear Tank (8-Ounce)

My aquarium specialist uses a different product which I tried to locate on-line, including at Amazon, with no luck. After more research, including reading many Amazon reviews, I decided to try this product. I have been using the product for a couple weeks now on my salt water tank. I have had no problems with the product. It has not had any noticeable adverse effect on my fish, and I have noticed NO smell from the product when applied. (I was concerned about the potential for a smell based on reviews by others.) In terms of application, I spray on a small amount of the product in the area to be cleaned and use a soft cloth to wipe away the product from the glass. I have not noticed any streaking and it does not require an excessive amount of "elbow-grease" to leave the tank glass clean and without cloudy product residue. The product did arrive on time, undamaged and well packaged. Given my experience with the product thus far, I would recommend it to others.

This stuff works amazingly well! The biggest plus is the fact that it leaves the glass so slick. It really does help with my Tunze Care Magnet gliding so smoothly. It used to "squeak" and be really rough, now it's smooth and quiet. I can't believe that it took me so long to try this stuff!

I bought this to clean my aquarium as it has no chemicals that can hurt the fish. It works so well it doesn’t leave any streaks and has no oder. You only need a little spray and it covers a huge area. Not only for tanks I now use it on my TV! My 2 y/o always leaves fingerprints and they are hard to get off. This gets rid of them in 1 spray. The bottle will last you a while as you only need a small spray and a microfiber rag.

I first heard about this product from Joey, The King of DIY on YouTube. He said that it's fish safe, clans the outside of fish tanks, and helps repel fingerprints. With a curious 2 year old you know you're going to want this. I've used it in both fish tanks, my snake tank, my computer monitor, my cell phone, and the glass on my curio cabinet. I will use it on our TV once it gets mounted. Quick drying ✓ Streak free ✓ Fish safe ✓ Child safe ✓ - that doesn't mean eat it Repels prints and smudges ✓ Cleans well ✓ All of this I can attest to having used it for a while now. I've even used it to clean Blu ray and DVDs that didn't play or skipped because they were old and dirty, not badly scratched. It worked. I have a soft terry cloth rag to use to clean the electronics and disks. 10/5 because you can use it for way more than it's intended use.

The good? It works fantastically as a glass cleaner and is seemingly safe for the fish. The bad? It smells like a homeless man setup camp near my tank. Honestly considering taking another star away for the smell. We'll see how long it hangs around.

I don't like the new price but I love this stuff. A bottle last a long time! It works wonderfully to polish outer glass on fish tanks and keep them clean looking. This is aobut the 3rd time I have gotten this.

I should have taken some before photos. Follow directions and once may not be enough! But with a little patience the results are remarkable…..so much I plan on using product for my household glass & wndows!

Love it, works great and safe for my fish friends! I'm extremely anal about my aquariums and this stuff really does keep the tank nice and crystal clear looking! Watching my fish is much more enjoyable when everything is nice and clean! This last bottle I got took literally like 30+ pumps to get things flowing, I almost gave up and started a return thinking something was wrong with it but it eventually started spraying and hasn't given me any issues since! Would def recommend if you want a safe way to keep your tanks in top shape!

This glass cleaner is really good for cleaning glass and the added bonus is it prevents finger marks and smudges for a few days after application. Fantastic product and can't wait for Fritz Aquatics in general to break into the Australian market

Just got new 200 gallons aquarium, finished cyckling, I have few clown inside, super clean sand and super clean rock, I was cleaning it with microfibre cloth and water only but had to use force. Today I got Fritz - I could not believe it - after fighting with kids fingerprints (try to tell them not to touch it) Fritz was like a butter - one swipe - all gone and no force used. Glass is crystal clear again. My advise - buy it. Money well spent.

Glad I purchased this. I used to use rubbing alcohol to clean the outside of my aquariums but this stuff works a lot better. A little pricy but if you can justify it, you won't be disappointed.

EDIT: so I’ve had to edit this review, I clean the outside of my aquarium glass every 2 weeks when I do a water change, but now I’ve noticed the liquid won’t come out the spray nozzle, the liquid is getting thicker and thicker as the weeks go on, now to the point that it won’t actually come out, so I’ve got about half a bottle of this stuff left and it’s useless. So I’ve edited it from 5 ⭐️ to 3, excellent when it works, but useless now after a couple of months. ORIGINAL REVIEW: You can’t get this anywhere in the UK, so I ordered from Amazon for 12 quid and it only took 12 days from ordering to arriving at my front door (from Amazon US) I would normally use the spray on Windowlene for my 200L aquarium, but I had always wanted this product to try, now I know it’s fish safe, it does clean the glass very well, it’s even better than the Windowlene glass cleaner. I would totally recommend it.
