Q: Does this have any percentage of cotton in it?

The tag says 90% Polyester, 10% spandex

Q: I am confused about the measurements. I am a 36 bust a 31 inch waist what size would you recommend? I will be wearing it with a corset.

I ordered a Large, which is my typical size (36C and size 10-11 pants/waist). The sleeves are really long when you wear it off the shoulders as intended, so I don’t think you want to size up.

Q: Can you machine wash and iron this shirt?

yes i have washed and hung up right away didn't need to iron . looks wonderful on and tru to size will probably order another in Black

I typically wear an XL in women’s shirts but these ran a bit big so the Large worked better for me. I’m 5’1” and 160 lbs. The top is very roomy so you could probably wear the XL. Since they are free returns, you might consider buying both sizes and returning the one you don’t want. That’s what I did!
