It fits!
Fits my big old head well and helps to keep it warm. Strap under chin keeps it snug. I use earplugs and it does not hinder their use. No problem with goggles either.

The cap is a size Large, but my husband could barely get it over his head. I usually wear a small, and it fit me fine. Sizing is way off. Quality seemed fine. Had to return it due to the sizing issue.
