Slippery
It's very pretty and I've heard great reviews about this but it is super slippery. This isn't a beginner mat at all.

It’s pretty
It’s very pretty and the colors and design are calming. It came with a strap which is nice. I haven’t found it to be slippery, but I don’t practice hot yoga on it.

Good for beginners
It's a beautiful mat with good support and cushion. The color and patterns are beautiful. But I have to say the color is a bit darker than on the pictures. It also comes with a strap that helps with traveling with the mat to studio.
