Excellent Product
This UPS/power supply is used in a Dr's office environment protecting a cardiac ultrasound system. So far it has done its job. It is well built and has a 2 year warranty. Time will tell how long the battery lasts..

3/8 DOA
These units are not well packed. Three had their cases shatter inside the box during shipping, and two failed to power up. Tripplite used to be a great brand, but this product has real issues. It took support 90 days to replace our first two defective units, and one of those units failed to power up. Keep looking.

Good leakage current - as advertised
The UPS runs well, the bad is that the audio and visual indicators are pretty lame and the back door does not stay secured

My employer received 14 of these as a donation from a medical supplier with an overage. They were all new in box. 2 were DOA, 4 more are now dead within a month. At this rate, they may not have been worth the low low price of free.
