As a CPAP user, one of the things I dislike about using the machine is when rain-out occurs (excess condensation in the hose). Waking up with a wet nose is very disconcerting and uncomfortable. I was searching for a solution and came across this hose cover. I wasn't certain whether it would work but decided to take a chance based on other positive reviews. It works great! One thing I love about the cover, beside the fact that it helps to eliminate the dreaded wet nose, is the fact that the cover is very soft and not at all uncomfortable when it comes in contact with the skin. And the color is really pretty too! I recommended it to my daughter, who also has sleep apnea, and she purchased one as well.

I’ve been using a CPAP for about three years now. Unfortunately though as time is gone by for some reason, I always get dry mouth when using it. I’ve already had my doctors and such modify the humidity so that it works better. But they also suggested that I should get a hose cover. Out of all the ones that I saw this one had some of the best reviews. And it has definitely helped. it does have the unfortunate side effect of making the tube a tad heavier and because it is fabric it does tend to catch on your sheets so there have been a few times where I’ve woken up and the tube has disconnected from my mask. But overall it’s worth the money. Installation is simple and easy and It’s also quite soft on the skin.

I purchased this item because as it got colder in the house I started having trouble keeping condensation from forming in my cpap tube. I tried changing the heat setting on the tube up and down without success. I tried securing a towel around it with chip clips and rubber bands which also didn't work. I tried tucking the tube under the blankets which worked somewhat, but the water spitting into my nostrils from the nasal pillow was still waking me up frequently, and I had to keep flicking it out. I used this hose cozy for the first time last night, and I couldn't believe I actually slept through the night. This cover is several inches shorter than my tube, but it doesn't seem to change the effectiveness. I have it all the way up to the machine at that end. It's really just a fleece tube with a zipper, but it works. I think the simplicity of the design affords a pretty universal fit. Since it doesn't go all the way to the ends it seems like it should work for most tubes.

This was an impulse purchase I made while looking for ways to make my CPAP mask more comfortable. I really don't know how I slept without this the past two years - it is really an incredible yet simple addition to my CPAP setup and a great product for such a reasonable price. The fabric is soft and stretchy, stitching is tight and well done, and the zipper is excellent quality - allowing rapid installation of the hose and easy removal for washing. I've put it in my washer on permanent press and then let it air dry with no signs of damage. It keeps my hose quiet at night, eliminating the sound of my hose banging on my headboard. It also makes the hose comfortable if it falls against my face -- no more hard, sticky plastic. It covers all but about 10 inches of the my particular CPAP hose -- but that is no problem since I can leave either end slightly uncovered with no impact on my sleep, comfort, or any noise form the hose. I highly recommend this product.

First - I own a heated tube system. I bought one and then bought a second one I liked it so well. I’ve had these for a while and they’ve gone through the laundry (washer/dryer) with my normal cloths load at least twice. Why you want one of these, is that it makes a difference in being able to regulate your humidity better, particularly on cold nights. Even though I have a heated tube, I still had gargling condensation issues. Now, no more tube condensation! It also helps catch the tube a little bit so I don’t tug my CPAP machine around too much. Also, when a shoulder or arm ends up on top of the tube, it’s much more comfortable. Enjoy!

So i actually bought this for my son's home ventilator (vivo45) to prevent "rain out". Unfortunately,it was too long for the circuit(blue). It would have completely covered the exhalation valve. So I did cut it & I used it for about a week. It worked perfectly. It was very easy to put on. And the material was so soft which was great for comfortability since my son usually rolls around & lays on the circuit etc. Sadly I had to remove the cover for circuit change & wasn't able to get it on the new circuit since I had cut it. I'd ask this company to make the product on a shorter length. Like 60 - 65 inches. The product is really good it just didn't fit my exact needs.

Gravity works its magic on this when I use it. I move way too much. I love the idea of, but I can’t seem to get it to stay up near the top of my cpap. It also twists because I move way too much, but that’s just me being me.

Have been using this cover for almost a year, love it so much I've bought a few sets. My son is on a ventilator 24/7, so unlike those who maybe only use CPAP at night, his machine, tube and the tube cover follow him everywhere all day. Does the job - much, much less rain out. And the zip makes it easy to remove and change covers. I bought this because all the other covers on sale were fleece, and our previous sets of fleece covers began to pill and break down after many washes. These covers are still holding out very well. I just wish they came in other colours - the light colour is easily stained with food and gets black marks when it accidentally rubs against the wheels of his wheelchair.

This is brilliant. It is a soft non-fleece material, and minimal pet hair sticks to it. Easy to put on, easy to take off and clean, and bonus for it not collecting pet hair like a magnet.

I was having trouble with rainout in my CPAP hose and have tried other products and this one has worked the best. It keeps your hose nicely insulated and your equipment working like it should. One star removed because it's a bit shorter than a standard length hose. Otherwise, the fabric is incredibly soft and enjoyable.

Works as described. No problems.
