It probably is my printer but none of the cartridges are being recognized. I have worked with it, turned it off, unplugged it, and will the screen says "cartridges not recognized"

Leaking, unsealed cartridges arrived
I have order multiple time without issues. This time the ink cartridges we’re not in protective plastic and didn’t have a seal over the ink pirt- they leaked in the box and all over my hands.
