I only review when impressed. I bought this and my wife commented "OMG...what the hell is this?!?" when she tasted it. This is so amazing! I love the flavor and will definitely buy it again.

Extremely Acidic. Taste more like horseradish than truffle. They must have changed the recipe because other jars I've purchased were perfect (I’ve been buying these for 3.5 years). Tried to ask them off amazon if they had changed the mustard recipe for Lot 9005 but no one responded and now I have 2 unopened jars that are inedible.

Taste great love it for beef stroganoff & deviled eggs. Little goes a long way.

The “country” mustard style overwhelms the truffle. Product has little discernible truffle flavor.

have ordered this two christmasses in a row and am never disappointed! of all of their truffle products, this one is guaranteed to give the biggest kick of truffle. tempted to get the truffle honey for a lighter, more subtle truffle flavor in the future

This did not work out. The product smells really bad and does not taste very good. I'm sticking with truffle salt and truffle oil, and, HECK! REAL TRUFFLES! Too bad the mustard didn't work well. I love mustard. I love truffles. The two together in this product - not good! Blech!
