Besides this tasting amazing just like fresh beets. I feel it has given me energy. I feel like it just makes me feel good. I love that this was USA made and no extra fillers just be warned that if you have a bowel movement it can come out a little bit red don’t get freaked out. It’s just from the beats lol. Stumbled on this "Pure" Brand about 2 years ago. This beet root powder is amazing.Especially when remembering to take in the early afternoon for less brain fog and energy. Appreciate the bare bones ingredients, packaging and 0 advertising which helps keep the cost of the product low. :) Have also purchased Pure's Blueberry extract,cordyceps and ashwaghanda powders. Happy with all. (can put in Mylar bags and seal tight for longer keeping)

I purchased this item knowing some of the natural benefits of beets and also my lack of eating enough veggies throughout the day. I take this before my workout as a preworkout and have noticed an energy gain without an energy dump after my workouts like super Synthetic pre-workouts. Also, the next day soreness is not as bad. In addition my cholesterol (which mine is genetically high pushing 300) is for once 200 and my blood pressure is 130/68 instead of 184/78. I do take this morning and night. Now for the taste, mix with ice cold water only! This is pure beet flavor and unless you like the flavor of a hot canned beet the use ice cold water is a must! Now it mixes very easily, I don’t use a shaker but I do use a battery operated milk foamer whisk 🤷🏼‍♂️. All in all after 3 months I’ve noticed some good stuff from using this product.

The beet root powder has good consistency, color and flavor. It does clump up which I guess is expected but breaks up fairly well in a shaker with an agitator. My only issue with the product was that the packaging is not adequate. It’s basically a thin plastic bag inside a thinner paper bag. Some of the beet root powder had spilled out of the plastic bag when arrived. I had to transfer everything into a ziplock bag which got messy because the beet root powder is very fine and flew all over the place
