Truefitt & Hill Grafton Shave Cream Tube 75gm

I am no newbie in sampling different shaving creams and shaving products. Although my number one cream is Truefitt & Hill 1805 Shave Cream Jar , this cream is my second favorite. Waking up to this subtly spicy yet somewhat sweet smell makes you feel really manly. Truefitt & Hill makes some classy products. This is for the man who knows where he's been but more importantly knows where he is going. The lather is very creamy and you probably won't need a pre-shave oil with this, although I still use Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort Pre-Shave Oil, 2 oz. . Do yourself a favor and hit a home run. Buy the aftershave balm: Truefitt & Hill Grafton Aftershave Balm . I swear the smell of Grafton calms me because it is so soothing. It's not overly strong as Truefitt & Hill state that Grafton is one of their lightest fragrances on the market. There's nothing left to say except buy this cream - you won't be disappointed. If you've never tried a Truefitt & Hill product, just know that this is far superior than The Art of Shaving, Jack Black, Taylor's of Old Bond Street, and L'Occitane. This is the Ferrari of creams my friend. If you're wondering what razor and blade I use, I use: Edwin Jagger De89bl Double Edge Safety Razor Chrome Plated and 10 Feather Razor Blades NEW Hi-stainless Double Edge . Just be real careful with the Feather blades. It is made out of surgical steel as the company who makes these blades is a Japanese surgery blade maker. This is hospital grade stuff. Be Well. I love Truefitt & Hill shaving creams and soaps. Yes, they are pricey - but they are worth it. I shave every day in the shower. With this cream, I put a little bit in the palm of my hand and use a badger hair brush to work up a lather. Now, when I say "a little bit", I mean a little bit. I mean "a pea-sized amount" is actually too much. You'll have a ton of leftover lather. This stuff creates an excellent lather with the tiniest amounts. So even this 2.6oz tube should last me 6-8 months, easily. Regarding the shave: second to none. This does such a good job lubricating your face that you really only need to shave with the grain to get something that looks and feels good throughout the day. It is not until almost 24 hours later that the shadow kicks in and you feel any scratch. I get to half of that time with a Proraso soap or cream - and I like Proraso, it is a good budget soap/cream in my opinion, but not the point of this review. The smell is nice. Very masculine, with some spice to it. Overall, very nice without being overwhelming. Even in a hot shower, I don't feel like I am being 'drenched' in the scent. It sticks around for a while, but someone else can really only smell it if they put their face right next to yours. The only downside is that it isn't in 'tub' form, but those don't seem to exist as a part of Amazon Prime anymore - only if you're willing to pay $6-8 shipping (either on Amazon, or other stores)

Truehill & Fit makes a great shaving soap, this version is good for the road

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband, as our last name is Grafton. He loved it! The scent is subtle but very pleasant and he reports that it works better than other similar creams. Excited to try other Grafton products from Truefitt & Hill.

Bought this because I needed a tube for my trip kit, and the stuff I usually use comes in a tub. Smells good, but the smell lingers for quite a while after you've shaved. Some people evidently like that. I don't.

Great product! Nice close shave, way better than my usual Proraso. The scent is overly mature, which neither me or my wife cares for. I will give different scent a try and gift this away.

I have used roughly 20 shaving creams so I have been around the block when it comes to these products and truefitt and hill definitely makes the best out there. The lather from this cream is slick, protecting, and smells fantastic. If you are looking for a one-stop-shop here it is.

Good product, smell is not to my liking but I would recommend to anyone looking for a new shave cream.

Top quality for shaving

Considerato il prestigio del marchio, mi aspettavo tutt'altro: nonostante l'accurato montaggio in ciotola e la preparazione della pelle con il collaudatissimo Goodfellas’ Dawn of Glory, lo scorrimento della lama non è dei migliori. Il sapone tende a restare piuttosto staccato dalla pelle e restituisce la sensazione di eccessivo sgrassaggio, con una fastidiosa secchezza. Anche la profumazione non è granché: delicatissima, quasi impercettibile, per un'esperienza assolutamente ordinaria. TOBS tutta la vita...

Aqui se comprueba que de lo bueno, poco. No hay falla, el aroma es rico, maderoso con un poco de toques florales (lo que percibo).
