Miabella Italian Solid 925 Sterling Silver, 18Kt Gold Plated 3.5mm Flexible Flat Herringbone Chain Necklace for Women, Made in Italy

I am not a regular jewelry shopper because I only wear ultra high end, custom made pieces and therefore my collection is very small and very expensive. Luckily I have a extremely generous mom who buys me one special piece a year and each has been either custom made and designed for me personally so I admit I am a total snob when I am judging what pieces to consider purchasing. I don’t even bother buying at high end stores anymore because I have found that I am extremely difficult to please and I prefer to have a few very special items in my collection rather than a bunch of jewelry that will go out of style,look too mainstream and or see it worn on another person. I consider myself to have exceptional taste when it comes to jewelry but, no amount of glitz and sparkle will ever make me buy something that isn’t classic and timeless. That being said, I couldn’t believe I did this, but I accidentally lost my grandmothers Italian, herringbone necklace when I moved and my mother has been hounding me about it. She asks me why I don’t wear it anymore and says I should be wearing it too enjoy it. So I have been lying through my teeth to her saying that I had the clasp break and needed it repaired. This worked for 2 occasions now I am visiting her on Friday for her birthday lunch and she basically said if I don’t wear it then she will think I lost it. So I have been frantically looking for it and ripping apart my house to see if I could locate it. After I spent two days going through everything I own, I decided to screw it and buy a replacement piece that I could pass off. Good news is that she has poor eyesight and probably wouldn’t notice any slight variations. So I went to my husband and said I needed to make a large purchase this week and he was furious because we are on a tight budget with the move and we can’t afford to buy expensive things. I went to Amazon, and decided to see if I could find something similar. After exhausting myself trying to get a deal I decided to compile all my unused Amazon gift cards. Yes, I did purchase 10 different necklaces because I couldn’t remember exactly what the darn thing looked like. But out of the ten I found the most beautiful, herringbone chain (gold plated) and bought it yesterday. I am shocked it 1. Lays on my neck beautifully 2. My super sensitive skin has had no redness or itchiness or pain 3. It looks very expensive like $250 and the piece is well made meaning it has a design that doesn’t kink up easily (lots of other chains especially herringbone seem to bend or kink if not gently handled) 4. The clasp is elegant and strong 5. It fooled my mom completely and although I felt terrible being so sneaky I was really glad I didn’t have to tell her the truth. She has a Irish temper and it’s not fun being the target of that!

Love Mirabella. I have lots of pieces from this seller and they have all been the best quality of all of my jewelry… besides the REAL stuff! I have pieces that I’ve had for years and the gold still looks like it did when it was brand new. I don’t wear it everyday, and I take very good care of my stuff so maybe that why it has all lasted. I can’t imagine this necklace will be any different. The color is great, the links are small and tight. I hate the big bulky link herringbone. It looks cheap and fake. Great price on this one. I just wish they had the 20” but instead I had to order 22”. I still love it and highly recommend this seller!!!! Amazing quality and customer service!!!

A very nice chain (24") However, based on others' reviews regarding "iffiness" of the clasp, I have chosen to leave it closed and carefully pull it over my head (still closed) for each wearing. Also, I don't want to damage my nails. :) If not flat, it tends to pinch around the neck ever so slightly; but not enough to cause constant irritation. Given the price point, I consider this a win.

This necklace is beautiful! I ordered the 16" length and it is perfect. I read a lot of reviews that showed it too short or too tight or cutting their necks. I believe they must have gotten the wrong size. We all have different size necks and each size won't fit everyone the same. This chain hits right where I hoped it would. In fact I ordered a 16" paper clip chain to go with it and it hangs right below this one. I got this in silver and it looks expensive and well made. I always had trouble trying to stack necklaces because they would tangle up. The weight of this chain keeps that from happening. It lays beautifully stacked with my other two chains. I love it so much I have it in gold also.

I bought this in 2022 and I wear it for weeks at a time since then. It is still beautiful! I just wore it in Costa Rica for 10 days, and I never took off! I’m buying myself another one and decided I should definitely review this! I buy the 16” because I like to layer mine. This length set perfectly for me right above my collarbone.

I bought this for myself for Christmas and it didn't last it was beautiful but broke within a month and I took very good care of it maybe I just received a bad one but would have loved to got to wear it longer but got another one at same time from another place for my son that he's still wearing 2 years later and hasn't changed it at all still looks great wish that would have been the case with this one that I received

The clasp did not even last a week. Looks pretty but as I suspected for the price point it's garbage. It took longer for the delivery than it did to break. It's a real shame cause it's a pretty chain and afforable.

El collar tiene un brillo excepcional, es muy cómodo he tenido otros y se atoran con los vellos y resultan muy molestos. Hasta ahora va bien espero no se dañe con el sudor.
