Sleep an Added Bonus
There was more in this package then I thought. I put this in my coffee 1/8 tsp and it made me sleepy at work. So I suggest adding this to something at home . Earth smell my coffee did conceal the taste. But got this to help with anxiety, memory so the sleepy part i guess was a bonus bc a adult can never get to much sleep.

"Dreadlocks Root"
Not bad flavor (not great, mind you, but it is a relative of valerian). Has helped me achieve better sleep. I take a tsp. to a Tbsp. washed down with rice milk.
