Ade RD3-009 Red Dot Reflex Sight for Glock MOS 17 19 34 35 40 41 Pistol Handgun

I've bought three of these sights, mounting them on a CO2 pistol and a pair of .22s. They're bright, adjustable, and hold zero. This model also has a noticeably larger window than the -012 series. I use an SRO on my 9mm comp gun, and I find this model to be a nice counterpart for my training guns.

What a great product at such an obtainable price point. Most of my builds have been on a budget and the ADE was the best bang for your buck optic for my glock 19. I used a universal adapter plate and install was super easy. Was happy with the 5 different brightness options and the easy to use button operations. After about 200 rounds It had no problem holding zero. I recommend getting this

Mounted on an OEM plate for a RDO. The product functions perfectly and holds zero just fine. This is a good value for the money. Why pay over $200 for a red dot?

They are loose after a few shots. Not sure how accurate it is after a shot or two

After 1-5 shots fired the red dot disappears, and only comes back if I take the battery out and put it back in. Also tried a new battery with same results looked at the battery connections and it is horrible, and warped out of shape like it was machine stamped with out QC, and required me to fix this with new solder in order to get the red dot to stay on.

Looks amazing and sight is excellent

Cheap and seems to work fine. The cons? It's TALL. Even with suppressor height sights on my M&P9 2.0 CORE, it's still too tall which means no cowitness. Also, if it's mounted to the gun, you cannot access the rear locking screws because it's right up against the rear irons (which are now useless). There is supposedly an auto off feature, but when I went to the range today and came back home, the red dot was still on. Lastly, there is no auto on feature. Do yourself a HUGE favor and get the CT 1550 instead. Definitely worth the extra money. No one should ever have to press a darn button to turn on their red dot during any kind of defense scenario.

Bought this to mount on a Glock since my eyes are not as good as they used to be. There were some problems getting the item but the folks at ADE quickly resolved them and were gracious about it. The dot is easy to see and adjust (I prefer a lower light level) and easy to center on target. This sight will see a lot of use. Thanks
