Great flavor
We love these chips and they are actually healthy! Yes they are thicker but not bad and for nachos they are perfect.

Best chips I’ve ever found out there
I keep ordering these every week because it’s hard to find a chip that’s corn free. I have to find ways to keep my blood sugar balanced and it’s not just steering clear of sugar and carbs but also where those carbs/sugar comes from and I’ve found this combination of cauliflower and cassava flour is a really good combo that doesn’t spike the blood sugar as bad as a rice chip for example would. The nacho flavor is the best one, without the seasoning these would be extremely bland, go for nacho every time. Also it’s dairy free so it’s a total win win. I have to address a couple elephants in the room. Yes the bags are too big for what’s inside. But hear me out. These chips are extremely addictive. You can eat an entire bag in one sitting and trust me you don’t want to keep eating past that otherwise your gonna have some problems with overindulgence. I want to address someone who wrote an extremely ignorant review and I’m gonna quote them as saying “there's more sunflower oil in this than cauliflower” I have to realize people have no concept of how products are made, they read ingredient labels and think if one of the first ingredients is on the product list that means it’s the highest concentration... really have no idea how tortilla chips are made, they get cooked in oil!!! So no there’s not more oil than there is cassava flour otherwise unless the chips were oily they would have an argument. Bottom line I keep ordering these chips because they don’t make me feel as bad as other chips out there like the lundberg rice chips (which are also delicious) but they use a lot of white rice and that doesn’t play nicely with someone who’s blood sugar can easily spike. And these chips have a more mellow effect on that I’ve found. Of course with anything moderation is key but you can eat way more of these than some other chips and not get the same effect. Forgot to add, you get the dorito effect where you get the good yummy dust stuck to your fingers and you lick them off and the spices they use for the nacho flavor is great. I’ve tried the nacho flavored crackers, they taste nothing like this, in fact they were gross. I also tried the cinnamon straw things and those tasted like a slightly healthier version of the cinnamon twists at Taco Bell. But for someone like me it’s best I don’t order those again, again extremely addictive and I gotta keep clear of sugar.

Wonderful product!
I love this product. They have a wonderful taste and flavor 😋. Although, the carb count is extremely high. We may as well eat the real thing. I need a chip with a much lower carb count per serving. Maybe with the same great taste. Thanks 😊

It’s a snack food not a health food. Stop hoping otherwise
I get so tired of people trashing products because of their stupidity or unwillingness to read the label of a product. These chips are NOT keto. They don’t say they are on the packaging. If you read it wrong, then you are the idiot here. There is no reason to give it one star because of your mistake. These chips are fried. Yep, fried. This means that they have oil. Otherwise, they would likely be some tasteless wafer of cardboard. Again, if you did not read the label, shame on YOU and not the the maker of the product. These chips are tasty. They don’t taste exactly like Doritos because they are NOT Doritos. Shocking as it may seem, these are their own thing. If you accept them as such, you will find good flavor and crunch. They hold up to wet dips pretty well. And can even scoop hummus pretty easily. If you need something that does not contain MSG, nuts, eggs, wheat, gluten, or flavoring agents, don't buy a packaged snack food. I have some allergies and know better than to tempt fate with certain foods and restaurants. Jeez people.

Heat in oven for best flavor
I originally bought the "nacho cheese" variety of these chips. They were ok but not totally delicious. My husband and I are trying to adhere to a Paleo diet. These are fried in sunflower oil, but still seemed a better options than corn tortillas. These were pretty good with homemade guacamole and salsa so we ordered more, but this time, we got the sea salt variety. We also heated them in the oven for about 3 minutes just like we did before with corn chips. Wow! What a difference this made. This made a huge difference in the taste and texture. They are perfect! Just the right crunch and they melt in your mouth. They do not get hard again when they cool, they are still just as delicious! I highly recommend these but to get the best flavor, heat them up!

Not cauliflower chips - FALSE ADVERTISING
Not sure how this product does not run afoul of truth in advertising requirements, as the ingredients list cassava as the main ingredient followed by sunflower oil, cauliflower is the third ingredient. Cassava is a starch much like a potato so this is basically a potato chip with some cauliflower in it, not the health food I was looking for! Also, have to address another review that accused a previous reviewer as being ignorant for alleging there was more sunflower oil than cauliflower, then inexplicably started started talking about there of course being more cassava than sunflower oil (the cassava proportion to oil was not what they had remarked on, duh). Product ingredients are listed by quantity — from highest to lowest amount. This means that the first ingredient is what the manufacturer used the most of. This does not refer to amounts used in a process generally (frying), but rather the amount that is within the finished product. This product lists its ingredients as: 1.Cassava 2. Sunflower oil 3. Cauliflower So yes, there is more Cassava than sunflower oil, and there is more sunflower oil in the finished product than Cauliflower. So original poster was exactly right! Yet they call them Cauliflower chips!! This violates Truth in Advertising guidelines and is misleading.
