I agree that you can buy this exact-sized package of Bounty quilted napkins, 200-ct, at Walmart for less than $3. I couldn't believe the $6.99 price on Amazon.

If 200ct Bounty napkins are $3.54, why is 400ct $14?

First of all, I don't see the price of $3.54 for 200ct, but by the price I'm guessing it's one of two things. Either (1) it's an add-on item, which means you have to purchase at least $25 worth of stuff sold/shipped by Amazon to qualify, or (2) it's a 3rd party seller who jacks up the shipping cost. I do see (right now) a 400ct pack for $5.47 but that's through Prime Pantry, where different rule apply for shipping.

These bounty paper napkins are awesome. Functionality is very good and usable for napkins. They clean your hands well after any food item and have lots of other uses.
