Replacement Tube by Reliance Medical fits Littmann® Cardiology IV® Stethoscope - Cardiology 4® (All Black)

These have saved me hundreds! Purchased my littman while in school and have just been replacing my tubing with these. Slides right onto my littman cardiology just pay attention to diameter when ordering. But yes buy this if youre needing a new tube. Its great quality and does not effect sounds.

This replacement tube exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant about buying it based on some of the reviews, but believe me, it is better than my original tubing. It's rubbery, and the sounds are clearer with this.

My tube was cracked on my Littmann stethoscope. This fit on easy and was way cheaper than buying another one.

I recently bought a Littman Cardiology IV stethoscope for nursing school and left it dangling from my review mirror while it was scorching hot weather outside so it created a dent in the tubing making it look ugly and wouldn’t straighten out no matter how much I tried, and I was worried I had to buy another whole stethoscope not that I had to but bc it would look stupid around my neck lol. So I did some research and found this black tubing and I have to say the sound quality is just like I got it fresh out of the littman box BYE BYE crazy looking tubing 🤣🤣 Thanks Reliance!!

I bought this for my Cardiology iV stethoscope after my original Littmann tubing cracked, and it’s pretty comparable to the original. I use mine on the daily, and it’s held up for over 6 months so far. It’s actually a little more flexible than my original tubing, which I like - and the sound is pretty much the same. I’d order it again.

Honestly this would make a great back up stethoscope. But to really use on a daily basis, it’s pretty damn mediocre. I didn’t want to give up the bell so this was a means to an end. But towards the end I did end up buying a 3M littmann replacement.
