Best battery choice in the hobby!
I am converting all of my Batteries to SMART packs and this was a great deal. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about discharging these packs if they don't get used at the field!

ordered and battery was old and had wrong cpu in it and lost quite a lot of charge capacity when new
battery had a chip inside it that was for a smaller battery and based on its charge capacity had been sitting for years before I bought it beware of the battery u order even if it hasn't been opened may be old and not last long just based on how long it was sitting

I Love The Self Discharging, But......
I love the self-discharging feature, which is the best part of the “Smart” packs. However, to utilize it, you need to buy either a Smart Checker or Smart Charger made by the same company to use/change how quickly that takes place.

have a ton of spektrum batteries and never a problem with any of them...only ones i trust not to burn down my house... i only use spektrum chargers also... have never had a battery even get warm let alone get HOT batteries
