Purchased for my mom to make vietnamese style moon cakes. The indentations on the mold are very deep so the pattern comes out well even after baking. Somewhat tricky to put the alternative molds on but easy to do but simple once you figure out the trick -- we put the mold with the screw part up and twist the handle to tighten it down onto the mold.
