Easy to swallow, tablets are small, no taste, good. I have brought other biotin before but this is much better,. My 4c hair is much much thicker with length.

I am so pleased with the results from taking biotin supplements. My nails have grown so much in a month!! I have a manicure every 4 weeks and my beautician commented,how much they had grown. My hair is very long anyway so I can't really tell if it's grown much but the condition is really good. My skin which I take good care of anyway, seems to look healthier. I definitely recommend this brand. It contains a high strength of biotin at an affordable price.

Due to illness and very poor health and high doses of medication. Sadly I noticed how thin my hair was becoming and was not happy with how i was looking anymore. So 2 year's ago a Nurse told me to try Biotin. Omg, after 1 mth,my hair was growing again and becoming much stronger and thicker again. 2 year's later so long & thicker and great condition 👌 Even my nails are long and so strong. ( that's a first x ) Only staying on these miracle workers because my health issues are slightly better, but not out of the woods yet. Great to find a product that works. And this is a great company. No bulking agents. Family business and all made in the UK. many brands on market. But read what's in them..ie Talc and magnesium sulfates..Used as bulking agents. And look for the sign,that the company has been passed by the UK standards Commission..

No noticeable difference to hair loss, but still taking chemotherapy.

Taking these supplements. Too early to tell if they are working. If they do I will buy again.
