It says in the description that these are used for aquariums so yes.

Do these stay suspended in expanded water beads for a centerpiece like floating pearl beads?

They do not float in water. They are more like little rocks.

Is the pink a light shade or a brighter pink? Im looking for champagne color or blush pink.

Our ice rocks are light pink and please check out the picture on our Amazon page. The product's color is exactly the same as the one in our picture.

Can these be used in candle making?

No these are hard acrylic pieces. They will not melt like candle wax.
