ArtBin 6900AB Pencil Utility Box, Art & Craft Organizer, [1] Divided Storage Box for Pens, Pencils, Markers, Paint Brushes, etc., Translucent Charcoal

I got a couple of the charcoal colored one and I love them. They're fairly long so you can store some longish paint brushes in them. They have 3 compartments to separate items. One end has thick foam rubber to protect pencil/pen points. The lid closes in such a way as to keep the sectioned items from rolling into other compartments no matter how it's tipped/carried/stored. The two closures are easy to open/close and stay in place perfectly. The plastic is good quality and feels/looks very nice, in the charcoal colored boxes I purchased. They're very useful, well made, nice looking, and so far inexpensive. I love these boxes/containers in every way. I'll be getting more.

You want to know what else this is good for? Chopsticks! We have two large sets of chopsticks (one set is lacquered wood, the other is metal), and they both fit in the case beautifully, with enough room left over to hold a set of corn-cob holders, too.Very useful case. Great for organising. Would highly recommend.

Overall this is a nice container that I would recommend. Although it was too small for my intended use (holding art brushed) I was able to use it for a different application. NIce box. Exact size i needed

This is a GREAT little pencil box. It is thin, sturdy, and not over sized. You can fit a wide array of pencils/pens/markers in it just fine to cover any need you may have in class, around the home, or office with no issue.I have always found that the traditional pencil boxes are just way too large for my needs. If you feel the same then this is the option for you!The plastic used is flexible enough to take hits and drops without cracking, while being hard enough to keep its form and function.The 2 clips are tight, but not overly tight which provides a secure closure that is easy to open when needed. I have thrown this in bags, drawers and the trunk of my car and never had it open up on me!5 out of 5 stars! I definitely recommend!

It may not fit all of your supplies but a very decent amount, it is a big case in the end. Really like the sponge to protect tips.

As others have commented, this product is made well and provides a very good value for the money. Definitely recommended!Pros: plastic is sturdy and did not smell bad, hinges are actual hinges with metal pins not just folded plastic, latches are firm and solid.Cons: the dimensions are odd - you can't fit a ruler or anything but small paintbrushes in this container, yet there is more room lengthwise than needed for a single pen or pencil, without there being enough room for two pens or pencils end to end. Not a showstopper, but I can't figure out what they were going for with these dimensions :-)

Recently got into sketching and wanted something to hold my tools and pencils in, this case works perfectly for my purpose, I'm using the 'ArtBin Quick View Deep Base Carrying Case, Open Core Interior, Translucent Clear' carrying case along with the ArtBin Pencil/Utility Box...they are both made of a very durable plastic, I had expected low quality for the prices I paid and I'm happy to say that ArtBin is a great value worth looking into for any hobbyist or beginning artist looking get rid of desk clutter. Awesome!
