Totally waste of money by taking damage product and I have complained about that product

Product is not up to the mark . And also the product i.e. photo frame is damage during receiving when I ask the boy to take your defective product he ignored us after taking 706 rupees and had gone saying that return this product through amazon complain box . I will come again to receive this. This experience is to bad

The positives:1. Looks good from afar2. Easy to use3. Hanging hook can be repositioned to hang frame in 'portrait' or 'landscape' orientationThe negatives:1. Joints have slight gaps (some joints, not all)2. Hanging hook is slightly flimsy and does not inspire confidence. Cannot be used if wall screw has large-head
