Super easy to install - works fantastic!
It only took me about 5 minutes to install this dimmer switch... ok, maybe 10 minutes all told, but the process was very easy for me. It took the longest to(a) find a piece of wire to connect between (N)eutral and white on the switch and(b) to squeeze all the wires back into the wall box =)Seriously - very easy. After installation, I added it to the Go Smart iOS app and Alexa automatically picked it up. Wife loves it! 5 stars!

Great find! (Read detailed review and tips.)
Overall, I am very pleased with my Gosund smart dimmer switches! I had regular on/off switches to my lights and a handyman/electrician installed each switch in probably under 10 minutes without an issue. I’m just not handy so I hired someone. My goal was to get dimmable lights and make them smarter!PROs:✅ The dimmers look nice. They are touch buttons and easily slide up and down, being activated by a finger. The power button can be pressed on and off at the bottom of the switch.✅ They work without WiFi if you lose the connection. You just manually press the buttons. WiFi connection just lets you do automation or remote adjustment, which is cool.✅ My incandescent bulbs worked as dimmable smart lights in my fixtures. Supposedly any bulb should work in the fixtures as dimmable except LEDs *must* be the dimmable kind in order to dim. I quickly replaced some of my incandescent bulbs with dimmable LEDs and it’s great!✅ Works with Gosund app and Google Home app, both of which allows automation. I used the Gosund app to make a “goodnight” button that cuts all the lights off when I press it. I could also set that up with Alexa but I don’t have one yet. (She kinda creeps me out.)✅ The switches were the most cost-effective solution to making my home lighting smart. Smart bulbs are much more expensive and only work as well as your WiFi. These switches work manually without WiFi connection if needed.✅ Does not need a hub or any extra equipment to work!THINGS TO NOTE:✳️ When the internet goes out, the power button will blink green for a minute until it’s reconnected. I usually only notice this at night when the lights are out and my internet is acting up.✳️ These lights do have a constant glow. One single dot on the dimmer panel glows whether it’s on or off. The dimmer panel has what I’d call a vertical dot spine. See product photos. One dot will glow when you set the switch. The topmost dot glows when it’s on full power. The bottommost dot glows when it’s at the lowest power setting.✳️ The glowing dot color has a bluish hue. Cool temperature lighting I suppose. It’s not super bright but it’s definitely noticeable in the dark.✳️ The Gosund logo is on the switch panels that come with it. They snap on without screws. If you ever sell your home, the new owners would be clued into which brand you are using for smart switches if you leave the Gosund panels on.✳️ To avoid a potential slight buzzing sound when dimmed, use dimmable LEDs. My incandescent bulbs have a slight hum when dimmed. Not too bothersome but something to note.✳️ Does not work with 5G so make sure your 2.4 ghz internet is used to connect it. Works great.TIPS:❇️ Make sure only one light switch controls your fixture if you are getting these particular switches. They are only one-way switches. If two or more switches control your fixture, you would need a different version of this switch.❇️ Keep the instruction manual in a safe place to pass along to the next homeowner.MY GOAL:I got these switches because my husband has sensitive eyes and didn’t want bright LED lights hurting his eyes. But I wanted bright lights in my home. So getting dimmer switches was my solution. This worked! I have a 4-bulb fan that I put 75 watt equivalent dimmable LEDs in for a total of 300 watts! Compared to my 3 (one burned out) 60 watt incandescent bulbs, I’m using a little more than half the wattage of one single incandescent bulb (38 watts for 300 equivalent!) to get about twice the brightness! It’s beautiful! And my husband can dim if he feels it’s too bright sometimes. It’s also possible for me to pre-set his preferred brightness and tell Alexa to execute that automation throughout the house when he’s home.

What sorcery is this?
One of the 4 was DOA, but Gosund was great and sent me two replacements. These work great and look so cool. My son says "what sorcery is this" You can dim with Alexa also. If you don't have the ground wire in your switch box you can "bootleg" it (if you like to break the rules and live dangerously) The switch has a red (power for switch itself), black (hot), and white (neutral) and green (ground). If you bootleg the ground because your switch box only has two wires, you will need to determine which one of the two is hot(don't trust the color with switches). The red and the black on the switch will be wired to the hot wire in the box, and then green and white on the switch will be wired to the not hot wire in the box. I'm not saying to do this. Just saying what's possible with this amazing switch. Oh and it works with LED bulbs.

It DOES work with the newer Wifi
I had left a message previously stating it does not work with the new Wifi router.I was wrong. It Does, just need to reset the circuit breaker to re-initialize the Smart Switch. (I didn't know before)The Smart Switch has an internal memory, it stores the wifi security code. If you changed the Wifi router with a different security code (WEP, WPA or WPA2), you need to switch the circuit breaker off and on to re-initialize the device. After that, everything worked fine. I have not tried the Alexa yet, but I will.

Customer Service Doesn't Exist
Having an issue that some others are having... Brightness randomly goes up and down. VERY disturbing when you have the lights low and they're suddenly 100%. THEN they go back low. THEN back to 100%. Over and over.I've emailed you THREE TIMES over the course of two weeks Gosund. Where are you? Do you HAVE a customer support department? Or are the free product tickets you put in your packaging the way you get good reviews?NOT happy. Expect technical problems, then expect the manufacturer to ghost you.

They work but I wish there were some things different.
I have purchased several different smart light switches from different brands. They all install the same and need the white wire in the box. They were an easy install and I have replaced most of the lights in my house with them. What I don't like is the light dot at what power level it will be at when it turns on. Pointless to do that since you can adjust it beforehand anyway. I would rather the power light at the bottom be on when it is off, to make it easier to find the switch if needed. The other issue, that is a bigger issue for me. The screw holes for the light plates are very picky on what plates and screws work. The holes are slightly bigger than a standard screw size. I know they include a plate, but I don't like the brand name on them, also I have some installed in double-gang boxes where I needed to use a double plate. These switches function where you just press the bottom of the switch it turn it on and off, not like a normal switch where you press the top to to turn it on. They act more like a lever instead of a rocker. Pretty much all of the smart switches act this way.
